This warranty applies only to retail orders placed on this website (if you purchased your kit from a physical retailer, please see your retailer for guarantee claims). We are so confident that you will be satisfied with your Vapour 2 product, that we offer a 100 % money back guarantee on all of our Electronic Cigarette Starter Kits. If you are unsatisfied with your starter kit for any reason, we will refund your original purchase price in full–no questions asked! This offer excludes shipping costs paid at the time you placed your order.
To process a return:
- Login to your Vapour2.cz account, using the username and password emailed to you when you placed your order.
- Click on the "completed orders" link. You will see a list of orders you have placed on this website.
- To the right of an order you will see the return items button. Click it!
- Complete the Return Request form and click submit.
- Ship the product to: Vapour 2 s.r.o., Pod Vodovodem 917/6, 158 00 Praha 5 - Jinonice within 30 days of the original ship date. Please be sure to prominently display your Return ID on the outside of the package. This return ID was provided to you in your email confirmation at the time you submitted your online return request. If you did not receive this email, please contact our support department and we will be happy to look it up for you.
Please Note: Our 100 % 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to Vapour 2 Starter Kits in their original packaging; we do not offer refunds on E-Liquids, Flavor Cartridges or Vapour 2 Disposables. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be received in Miami within 30-days of the original purchase date. Vapour 2 does not refund any shipping costs unless products were shipped to you in error. We also do not pay the cost of shipping starter kits back to us. Vapour 2 Batteries and Accessories, excluding E-Liquids, Flavor Cartridges and Vapour 2 Disposables, can be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to a 15 % restocking fee. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.
